Black Thistle is an independent craft distillery from Brechin, Scotland. They were founded in 2018 and produce premium spirits from hand-picked local botanicals.
The distillery has two 850L stills. One is used to make gin, which was the first spirit to be released by Black Thistle in 2019, while the other is used for vodka production. Rum has also been added to their portfolio.
Black Thistle gins are known for their shimmering appearance and extensive variety of flavours. As well as London Dry, the mist range includes kiwi and mint, cherry and rhubarb, and blueberry and passionfruit expressions.
