Dunville's

Originally founded in 1808, Dunville’s is a brand of Irish whiskey that was produced at the Royal Irish Distilleries in Belfast. After more than a century of being one of the world’s most recognisable names in spirits, the distillery was liquidated in 1935, but the brand was relaunched in 2012.

Dunville’s is now made at the Echlinville Distillery in Ulster, coming in a range of single malt and blended expressions. Their flagship bottling is the Dunville’s 1808, a blend of malt and grain whiskies that have been matured in American oak casks. Sherry finishes are also favoured here, which can be seen in the 10 Year Old and 12 Year Old PX Cask offerings.

It’s great to see the Dunville’s name back on the market.
