Elijah Craig

Elijah Craig is a brand of bourbon that’s produced by Heaven Hill in Bardstown, Kentucky. It’s named after Reverend Elijah Craig, who was a preacher and bourbon pioneer in the 18th and 19th centuries.

This is one of the most well-known names in American whiskey and is liked for its rich and deep character. Their expressions have oodles of caramel and vanilla, as well as oak, spice and nuts.   

The flagship bottle was previously the 12 Year Old release, however this has been replaced by the well-balanced and approachable Elijah Craig Small Batch, a no age statement bourbon that’s matured for 8-12 years. Alternatively, there are Single Barrel and Barrel Proof offerings.
