Teeling

Teeling is a relatively new distillery in the heart of Dublin. Opened in 2015, it was the first whiskey distillery to be launched in Ireland’s capital for well over a century. It is very much leading the resurgence of Irish whiskey and is known for it’s smooth profile and flavour experimentation

Their flagship offering is the Single Malt, which is a blend of whiskies matured in a variety of barrels, including sherry, port and white burgundy. Other ranges include the Unconventional Collection, which includes peated and single grain expressions; the Vintage Reserve Collection, which includes this fantastic 30 Year Old; and limited edition bottlings such as the Teeling Stout Cask. 

All of their releases are bottled at 46% ABV and are non-chill filtered.

With small batch and cask strength releases, unique collaborations, and interesting cask finishes, Teeling is a whiskey well worth exploring.
