At present we are continuing to operate a full service to our UK customers, both in terms of shipping parcels out within our standard timeframes and inviting customers to collect their online orders from our main shop in Carlisle.

Those customers who do collect their orders will be invited to use the hand sanitiser at the reception desk and to sit at a safe distance from others in our waiting area. Any customers who develop a high temperature, persistent dry cough or other symptoms between placing their order and collecting it from our Carlisle shop are asked to stay at home and contact our customer service team.


We are still accepting international orders from all the countries we usually deliver to. However due to global restrictions on movement, shipping may take a few days longer than normal. We remain dedicated to ensuring your order is with you as quickly as possible and thank you for bearing with us during this period.


Our Carlisle shop is still open, although at present we are only accepting card payments. Staff have increased the cleaning within the shops, are practising increased hygiene in line with WHO guidelines and have made hand sanitiser available for customer use. Staff will also observe the prescribed distances at all times when working with customers, and customers with additional concerns are encouraged to telephone the relevant shop prior to visiting.

If our shop is forced to adjust opening hours or close entirely, for example due to staff shortages or government advice, this information will be displayed on this website and our social media channels. Please do check before you visit just in case.
