The super Northumberland based Ad Gefrin distillery has created a range of blended whiskies while we wait for the arrival of its single malt. This is Batch 1 of Tácnbora, which blends together Scottish and Irish whiskies that have been aged in a Bourbon, virgin American oak , and Oloroso sherry casks, before being bottled at 42.7% ABV.
