Arran 21 Years Old Explorers Series Vol. 3

The Arran Explorers Series is a collection of limited edition expressions from the Isle of Arran distillery. Each edition is a celebration of the scenic beauty on the Isle of Arran. Volume 3 represents the picturesque village of Kildonan, which is situated on the Southern coast of the Isle, with the small pear-shaped island of Pladda, 1km from the coastline. The This particular expression is aged for 21 year in in Ex-Sherry Butts and Sherry Puncheons before being finished in Ruby Port Casks from Portugal. The result is a dark and rich style of Arran rarely seen, in keeping with Arran's typical salinity the depth and complexity of the port and sherry casks is very intriguing.
