Campari is the world-famous red Italian apéritif made by infusing bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruit. Its secret recipe originated in Novara in 1860. Campari has a velvety, pleasantly bitter, intense orange and herbal taste. Campari is key ingredient in a firm House of Malt favourite; the Negroni a bitter-sweet contemporary cocktail.
To make a Negroni, simply mix three equal parts of gin, Campari and sweet vermouth and stir over ice.
