Here we have a super-single cask bottling independently bottled by The Red Cask Co. from Caol Ila distillery. This was distilled in 2010 and matured for 11 years in a first-fill sherry cask. Which means all the typical Caol Ila Islay salt and peat, combined with the dark sherried fruits from the sherry casks. A release of 271 bottles, bottled at 58.7% ABV.
