This bottling is an assemblage of 60% Chardonnay providing its foundational complexity. Adding richness and a fruity dimension, 35% Pinot Noir from the renowned regions of Tours-sur-Marne, Bouzy, and Ambonnay contributes significantly to its depth. Further enhancing this blend, 5% Pinot Meunier introduces an aromatic density, creating a harmonious balance.
