Located just outside of Cape Town in South Africa, the picturesque Constantia region of vineyards is well known for its stunning mountain ranges and views. This altitude, along with the cooling winds that float in off the South Atlantic Ocean provide the perfect growing conditions for vines. “Two”, which is made predominantly with Sauvignon Blanc, with a touch of Sémillon in the blend to enhance its layered flavour profile. Also with a portion of the vintage been aged in French Oak barrels, this gives the wine depth and an additional desirable element to its palate. Perfect to lay down and in the right conditions should be perfect to lay down for another decade or so.
