Copperhead Gin Gibson Edition

The Gibson Edition is a collaboration with world-renowned bartender Marian Beke from The Gibson Bar in London. The Gibson Edition was inspired – like Marian’s bar - by the classic cocktail Gibson Martini. This Edition is a unique savoury style of Gin, using the 5 original Copperhead. Classic botanicals and an additional 13 carefully selected spices traditionally used in pickling including mace, pepper, cassia, bay leaf, ginger, allspice, fennel and dill seeds. A touch of eight-year-old Genever is finally added to complete the smooth and complex taste.
