Doorly's rum comes from the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. This white rum is unique – it's aged for three years, which adds character. After ageing, it's filtered to remove colour but keeps the tasty flavours. Bartenders love it because it enhances cocktails without changing their colours. It's the best of both worlds!
