Here we have a Edradour bottled by the brand owners Signatory Vintage. This was distilled on 29th June 2011 and left in a single sherry cask for a minimum of 10 years. This release was bottled in 2021 for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Due to no chillfiltration this allows for a dram packed full of natural flavour from the premium sherry casks. This whisky may turn cloudy when stored in a cool place but does not affect the flavour in any way. Lots of lovely sherry influence here, dates, cloves and oak spice with this one- and what a stunning colour too..

A pretty intense and complex whisky both on nose and in mouth.
Needs a small drop of water,probably teaspoon and a half, also needs a good time to develop in the glass. Nose, some Floral and Dried fruit. And a touch of warm fruit pie.
Taste sweet to start onto gingery spice, a little citrus and almond/leather finish.
