El Espolòn Reposado Tequila, crafted by Destilladora San Nicolas in the renowned region of Los Altos, boasts a unique production process. After distillation, which notably involves playing rock music in the factories to "inspire" the agave, the Reposado variety is meticulously aged for six months in American oak barrels. This aging period imparts a distinctive character and flavor complexity to the tequila.
