Filey Bay Special Release Yorkshire Day 2020

The new Filey Bay Special Release for Yorkshire Day 2020 was created by marrying PX (Pedro Ximénez) and Bourbon casks. Married together using STR casks (shaved, toasted and re-charred) then bottled at a generous 55% ABV. It was originally released for Filey Bays open day in 2020, which was obviously cancelled, only 1500 of this release were released.
