Gin Tropez is a brand new floral gin for 2022, with a bouquet of lavender and fresh herbs. Gin Tropez takes you on a journey to the beautiful French lavender gardens in Ramatuelle. During the distilling process, the focus was on finding a balance between the spirit, juniper and lavender. With caraway seeds, coriander and angel root, the other botanicals remain a local secret in Saint-Tropez.
A soft and succulent blend of lavender and angelica leads with help from deep, concentrated notes of juniper. An understated pink peppercorn spice sharpens orange blossom, among a herbal twinge of coriander root and cardamom seed.
Palate
The palate adds more floral and perfumed qualities and a touch of rich heather, among subtle spice, which include a little cinnamon.
Finish
Quite short and impressively delicate.
