Glen Grant 24 Year Old Whisky Sponge Edition No.56

This bottling is a multi-vintage small batch edition created by mixing a 1995 refill barrel with a 1997 refill hogshead. The resulting 24 year old was bottled at natural cask strength of 49.8% and yielded just 443 bottles. It's a rather full-bodied, drier style Glen Grant. Lots of weighty distillate character, peppery warmth, soft waxy notes and oily citrus fruit flavours.
