Glenkinchie Distillers Edition Single Malt Whisky

The smooth and subtle Glenkinchie whiskies are produced in two fat old copper stills located just south east of Edinburgh. Lemon cheesecake, freshly cut spring flowers, Abernethy biscuits, dried herbs, toast and cake mix all feature in this little drop. Although Dalwhinnie is often said to be one of the gentlest drams, taste it blind next to this and you might get them mixed up.
