In this limited edition of Green Spot, the triple distilled, single pot still Irish whiskey has been finished in pinot noir casks from Canada's Quails' Gate winery which is renowned for its excellent pinot noir wines. Distilled at the Midleton distillery, it was initially aged in bourbon and sherry casks before being finished for 12 months in Pinot Noir casks.
