Here we have a micro-batch Shochu from sake experts, Île Four. The Distillers 001 is made using high-quality Junmai Ginjo Sake lees (pomace) and has a delicate floral character. Bottled at 20% ABV and smooth on the palate, this is the perfect after-dinner sipper, with delicious flavours of citrus and chamomile.
