Ink Gin is a tasty dry gin made with 13 organic botanicals, some of which are native to the Husk Plantation Distillery in Australia where the gin is produced. Some of the botanicals are Tasmanian pepper berry, locally grown lemon myrtle leaf, coriander seed and sweet orange peel amongst others. Made with with 100% Australian grain spirit and water from the volcanic rocks of the caldera. The gin is a fresh piney, spicy and citrusy flavoured dry gin.
