Here we have the third “Casks of Lindores” bottling which features single malt extracted exclusively from Sherry butts, one of the three core cask types used at the Lindores distillery. Judging by the colour, it looks like there has been some serious sherry influence here, which has brought lots of dark fruits, chocolate and exotic spices to the taste profile too. Bottled with natural colour and non chill-filtered at 49.4% ABV.
