Joseph Drouhin 2020 Pouilly-Vinzelles

A wine for mere pleasure! Pale yellow colour with numerous bright green reflections. Intense persistant flavours of peach and white flowers harmoniously meshed together. Vinification was very slow so as to respect the fruit. Juices from the last pressings are not retained. Throughout the ageing process of 6 to 8 months, decisions are taken only after careful tasting evaluation. The data obtained is completed through technical analysis. As with every other Joseph Drouhin wine, absolute priority is given to the true expression of terroir and character of the vintage.
