The distillery produces a distinctively smooth and delicate spirit, thanks to its unique copper pot stills and the pure spring water from the Moorans, a range of hills lying just to the north. This particular expression, the Glencadam 9 Year Old 2012 Vintage, exemplifies the creativity and expertise of Murray McDavid's curation. Initially matured in Bourbon hogsheads, the whisky underwent a remarkable transformation with a finishing period of 2 ½ years in 1st Fill Oloroso Casks. Bottled at a cask strength of 59.2%, the whisky is presented in its purest form: natural in colour, unchill filtered, ensuring an authentic and uncompromised flavour profile. This release is exceptionally limited, with only 360 bottles available.
