Based in Goa, Paul John distillery has created a pair of Indian single malt whiskies finished in different types of sherry casks for its Select Cask series, the Oloroso cask can be found HERE. This edition was allowed a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, giving this Indian malt some bold flavours of chocolate, dried fruit and roasted coffee.
