Pol Roger Brut Reserve, Champagne NV 1.5l Magnum

This particular bottling is a favourite here at House of Malt. A firm favourite of Sir Winston Churchill; he even described the Champagne house as "the most drinkable address in the world". This non vintage entry has a beautiful golden coloured hue, and is a exceptional blend of three grape types- Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This is then bottled and stored for 4 years, with each bottle been rotated by hand every day (or riddled to give it the correct term) to encourage the breakdown of the yeast, which produces the bubbles that makes Champagne so well known and desirable. Elegant and refined, this magnum bottle of the cuvee is perfect for larger gatherings.
