The first peated edition from this Orcadian distillery. The whisky is matured in fresh American oak casks, then the light level of smokiness comes from a second maturation in casks that previous held smoky whisky. The word Glansa means shining storm-laden skies, and if you have ever spent time on a Scottish island this will be extremely evocative. This release is limited to 6000 bottles.
