Sonoma Distilling Co.'s Cherrywood smoked Bourbon is created with a recipe of 67% corn, 20% rye from California and Canada and 13% Cherrywood smoked barley from Wyoming. Cherrywood barley is not something you see everyday in whiskey or Bourbon, and always adds an interesting flavour profile, and this is no exception; expect lots of toasted oak with peanut butter and cherry.
