Sonoma Distilling Co. have created this tasty rye whiskey, created with 80% un-malted Canadian and Californian rye, then 20% malted rye from the UK. They it is matured in charred oak and ex-rye barrels, which means this is one big rye whiskey. Bags full of rye flavour and spice as you would expect and bottled at 46.5% ABV.
