Another fascinating release from the people at Spirited Union in Amsterdam. Bringing together zest and spice, this bottling uses Jamaican rum that’s been infused with Valencia and Curacao oranges, and combines it with fresh ginger root. This is a sweet and tangy flavoured rum, with a hint of oak on the finish. Delicious in a highball with ginger ale, or try it in a contemporary rum Negroni.
