The Taittinger Champagne House only creates a ‘Cuvée Millésimée’ when the grape harvest is of an outstanding quality. The 2015 was marked as such a year with near perfect growing conditions; this bottle is a combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes (with over 70% coming from Grand Cru Vineyards). After a further seven years in the cellars at Taittinger; this has produced a stunning flavour profile perfect to enjoy now; further time in the bottle will however allow the wine’s complexity and long-lasting character to really shine through.
