A no age statement release from the Tullibardine distillery in Perthshire. Named after King James IV, this takes barley and water from the nearby Ochil Hills, before distilling in small batches and ageing in ex-bourbon barrels. The Sovereign is an excellent illustration of Tullibardine’s signature style, packed with sweet and floral notes - finished with a touch of spice. An excellent value for money Highland malt.

DIFFERENT!!! Sweet not sour.Bourbon adds its bit.A little fruity.Not harsh and in-your-face like a Tallisker. Next bottle please
