Here we have an American single malt whiskey from Westland, a craft distillery based in Seattle, Washington. This expression takes their classic blend and ages it in ex-Oloroso and Pedro Ximinez sherry casks from Tonelería del Sur in Montilla, Spain. The result is a rich and complex marriage of flavours, including honey, raisins and banana. Westland won Craft Distillery of the Year in 2016 and this sweet bottling is proof of their expertise.
