Here we have the 06/2022 small batch release which is the second small batch release from White Peak distillery, and their sixth overall release. It is a lightly-peated single malt whisky coming in at 47.7%. Matured in a combination of first fill ex-bourbon and STR casks with a higher proportion of American oak. The casks have been selected from the warmer upper dunnage at the Distillery where the warmer temperatures which extracts more flavour from the wood extract.

Great whisky, and a huge favourite of mine
very smooth though possibly a little overpriced. There are other whiskies available just as good but not as expensive.
