Released for their 200th anniversary, Wolfburn have selected some of the very best casks they have available for this release. Namely first-fill Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads, including some from their very first cask, filled back in January 2013. The design of the label and box is a celebration of the distillery's Caithness heritage, consisting of 1821 sequentially numbered bottles. An excellent release from the superb Thurso distillery, bottled at 50% ABV naturally coloured and without chill-filteration.
