Nose

An opening chorus of red currant, cherry and wild strawberry; with a slight spicy touch emerging with further aeration.

Palate

A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, Flavours of wild berries.

Finish

Sweet shortbread biscuit, which leads to a dry, biscuit finish.
