At House of Malt, we’re committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. All orders placed before 4pm are shipped the same day (excluding weekends & local holidays). Each bottle is securely wrapped in our specialist glass packaging, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.*

We charge a flat rate for any number of bottles delivered to a single UK Mainland address, with prices starting from just £4.95 — or completely free on orders over £99 (inc. VAT, excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland postcodes).

*A signature from someone aged 18 or over is required upon delivery. We also include delivery insurance at no extra cost — so you can shop with total peace of mind.

Due to increased courier charges for certain postcode regions, we have made every effort to minimise costs for our valued customers in these areas. Please find our negotiated delivery rates below:

Express Delivery

Next-day delivery is available for all UK Mainland orders (excluding the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland) placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the 4pm cut-off will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Please note:

  • Delivery hours vary depending on your area and address type. Residential deliveries are from 7am to 10pm and business addresses are 9am to 6pm.
  • Next day (Weekday) orders placed on a Friday before 4pm will be delivered the following Monday.
  • Orders placed over the weekend using any next-day express delivery service will be processed on Monday, with delivery on Tuesday.
  • Weekend delivery is available by selecting either the Saturday or Sunday option through our “Select a Day” delivery service.
  • An additional charge of £5.99 applies to weekend deliveries, as this is a premium service offered by DPD.

If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend placing it in advance to ensure timely delivery and avoid any disappointment.

Free Delivery

This offer:

  • Is valid for orders delivered in the UK (Excluding Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland).
  • Applies to standard delivery only.
  • Requires a basket total of £99 or more (inc. VAT).
  • Is not valid for next-day or weekend delivery.
  • Will be applied automatically at checkout.

International Delivery*

Due to Brexit, we are currently unable to ship outside the UK. We are working to resolve this and hope to resume international deliveries in the near future. Thank you for your patience.

Punctuality of Service

Please note that we are unable to guarantee the punctuality of services provided by our delivery partners, particularly during periods of severe weather or other disruptions. If your shipment is delivered unacceptably late after having been collected from us on time, we will make every effort to secure a refund where appropriate.

Damaged Parcels

We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your parcel shows clear signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, we ask that you refuse the parcel and request that the courier returns it to sender.

We kindly ask that any delivery issues or damages be reported within 14 days of receipt. Failure to report and provide appropriate documentation (e.g. photos) within this period may result in forfeiting your right to a remedy, refund, or replacement.
