All orders are shipped in our specialist glass packaging with full tracking to your door – using reputable and secure international couriers. A tracking email is provided when your order is dispatched. We ship whiskies using fast delivery partners. Orders are shipped directly from our depot to your door Monday-Friday excluding local holidays. Delivery insurance is included within the delivery fee, you can order safe in the knowledge your parcel is fully protected.

Highlands, Islands & N.Ireland
Due to increased shipping charges, we are unable to offer free delivery on postcodes in the Highlands & Islands regions. Shipping rates to postcodes included in the Highlands, Islands & N.Ireland are calculated on the quantity of bottles in the order. Please note that due to Royal Mail’s stipulation regarding the maximum number of bottles that are allowed to be packaged in one parcel; any orders for more than two bottles will be charged a premium shipping rate which is shipped via DPD on a two day service.
The rates are as follows:
- 1-2 Bottles: £5.99
- 3+ Bottles: £19.99

Next-day delivery is available for all UK orders (Highlands, Islands & N.Ireland) that are placed before 4pm. Orders placed after the cut-off time on any working day will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.
Any Next Day Weekday orders placed on Friday before 4pm will arrive the following Monday. Please note any orders placed over the weekend with the Next Day Service will be processed on Monday with the parcel out for delivery on Tuesday.
If you require Weekend Delivery- please select the Saturday or Sunday option.
Please note that there is an additional charge of £5.99 for the Weekend delivery option, as this is a premium service provided by DPD.
Where an order is time-critical, we ask that you ensure you place your order in good time to avoid disappointment.

Punctuality of Service
Please note that we are unable to guarantee the punctuality of service provided by our delivery agents, particularly during spells of difficult weather conditions. If your shipment is delivered unacceptably late after having been collected from us on time by our agent, we will try to secure a refund where appropriate.
We take pride in packing your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, there are times when parcels incur damage while in transit. If a parcel shows clear signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, we ask that you refuse the parcel. Please ask the courier to return the goods to sender.
We do ask that any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Failure to report and provide documentation or imagery of damages or defects within the 14-day period will result in the user waiving their right to any remedy, refund, or repair related to said damages or defects.
