Refined and refreshingly dry, French Bloom Extra Brut Blanc de Blanc is a premium alcohol-free sparkling wine crafted in France from de-alcoholised Chardonnay, delicately blended with natural botanicals. With 0.0% ABV, this non-vintage cuvée embodies the finesse of traditional sparkling wine, offering a crisp, mineral-driven profile ideal for elegant, alcohol-free occasions.

Vegan, and free from added sugars and sulphites, it delivers a clean, gastronomic experience with no compromise on quality or sophistication.

French Bloom is rooted in the historic French terroir of Limoux. Celebrated as the birthplace of sparkling wine, it has origins dating back to 1544, over a century ahead of Champagne.

This oceanic terroir benefits from vines influenced by the Atlantic Ocean, with more regular rainfall, higher humidity and moderate temperatures.

The temperature in the oceanic terroir is often 2 to 3 degrees cooler than in Mediterranean terroirs, which is fundamental for preserving the wine's acidity and balance. It's soil, rich in clay and limestone, enhances our cuvées’ refreshing and complex character.

Long-time friends, Constance & Maggie who live on opposite sides of the Atlantic, meet again in Paris in 2019. Maggie, Director of the Michelin Guide, is pregnant with twins. Constance pursues her career as a top model. Both of them are driven by a quest for well-being against all odds. During social gatherings, they soon realise how non-alcoholic, festive and sophisticated drinks are non-existent. The idea for French Bloom was born. Through their innovative and female-founded brand, French Bloom gives an alternative and inviting drink to those wanting to celebrate elegantly and differently, making the most of the precious moments shared with friends and family. To support them in their ambitious and revolutionary project, the co-founders of French Bloom have been joined by Rodolphe Frerejean-Taittinger, CEO of Champagne Frerejean Freres, a maison based in Avize focused on Grand Cru et Premier Cru Champagnes. The entrepreneur, and Maggie's husband, brings his know-how to the development of vintages and the technical wine-making needed to develop French Bloom's elevated flavour architecture.
