Kilchoman Loch Gorm10 Year Old 2025 Release

The Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2025 marks a significant milestone as the distillery’s first aged statement release in this revered series. Crafted exclusively from malt matured in Oloroso sherry casks, this expression exemplifies the rich, smoky elegance for which Loch Gorm is celebrated. For this limited edition, twenty-three Oloroso sherry butts were carefully selected. Twenty of these are first-fill casks, imparting bold layers of dark fruit, cocoa, and spice, while the remaining three second-fill casks introduce added nuance and complexity. The result is a perfectly balanced Islay single malt, marrying intense sherry richness with Kilchoman’s signature maritime peat smoke.

As with all Kilchoman whiskies, this release is presented in its natural colour, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 46% to preserve the full character of the spirit.
