Nestled in the heart of Scotland, Edradour Distillery preserves the cherished tradition of old farmhouse-style distillation, producing just 12 casks of whisky each week. Since 2002, the distillery has been under the ownership of Andrew Symington, founder of Signatory Vintage.
Symington’s passion for cask innovation has led to a unique collaboration with the renowned South Tyrolean winery, St. Michael-Eppan. This partnership has resulted in an extraordinary series of bottlings, matured in carefully selected wine casks. In a standout release, two twin Sauvignon barrels were used for pre-fining, imparting distinctive aromas and deep character to the whisky.
