Tucked away in the scenic heart of Scotland, Edradour Distillery continues to uphold the time-honoured art of farmhouse-style distillation, producing just 12 casks of whisky per week. Since 2002, it has been owned by Andrew Symington, the visionary founder of Signatory Vintage, who has expanded its offerings while preserving its rich heritage.

Driven by a passion for cask innovation, Symington forged a remarkable collaboration with the renowned South Tyrolean winery, St. Michael-Eppan. This partnership has led to an exceptional series of wine cask-matured whiskies, each showcasing unique depth and complexity. Among the standout releases, first-fill Pinot Noir barrels have been used, infusing the whisky with rich aromas and a distinctive character.
