Thin Lizzy Double Charred Irish Whiskey is a distinctive expression that pays homage to its Irish roots while introducing a bold twist to traditional whiskey-making methods. Named after the iconic Irish rock band, Thin Lizzy. Meticulously crafted using a blend of single grain and single malt Irish whiskeys. The whiskey undergoes an initial aging process in ex-bourbon barrels, followed by a second maturation phase in specially selected charred oak casks. This double charred method enhances the whiskey's flavour profile, infusing it with deep, smoky notes while retaining the smoothness and subtlety that Irish whiskey is celebrated for.
