Aviation Gin, famously associated with actor Ryan Reynolds, is a premium gin crafted in small batches in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 2006, the brand takes its name from the classic Aviation cocktail, a recipe that originated in the early 1900s.
This gin is built on a Dutch-style rye spirit base, infused with an elegant blend of botanicals including juniper, lavender, anise, sarsaparilla, orange peel, and cardamom. The botanicals are steeped in grain spirit for 48 hours before being redistilled, ensuring a smooth, balanced, and distinctive flavour profile.
Renowned for its Gatsby-esque bottle design, Aviation Gin has become one of the most celebrated gins on the market, earning numerous accolades, including a gold medal at the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
