The name 281 refers to the Pantone number of the striking cobalt blue used on the bottle, symbolising the sea and sky that define Minuty’s coastal terroir. Vinified with exceptional care using direct pressing and cold fermentation, this rosé is bottled without oak to preserve its crystalline freshness and aromatic precision. The 2024 vintage offers a beautifully poised balance of vibrancy, structure and finesse.
