Glenmorangie was originally started as a farm brewery, which might surprise you given their reputation for fine whisky today. Known as the Distillers of Tain, this brand has crafted their beverages for 175 years, and the taste now is one that is both fruity and delicate. The copper stills in which Glenmorangie whisky is distilled are the tallest in Scotland and produce a deeper flavour and aroma that is instantly recognisable as the brand's signature.
The Glenmorangie distillery creates beautiful single malt products that are some of the finest in Scotland. The water from the surrounding Tarlogie Spring is rich in minerals, making it perfect to use for whisky-making, as it adds whole new notes of depth to the make-up of the alcohol.
The Glenmorangie oak casks are sourced from far and wide to provide the best container to distil and age the spirit in — over their lifetime of 100 years or more, oak trees absorb many flavours, and these can bring a real uniqueness to the whisky.
Our collection features Glenmorangie Original, as well as popular core ranges like Gelnmorangie 10 and 18-year-old expressions. There are also a number of common finished expressions, such as the 12-year-old Lasanta and 14-year-old Quinta Ruban finishes. You'll find rare blends like Glenmorangie Signet among the mix too. You might also be interested in our range of single malt Scotch whisky, which contains brands such as Macallan, Tomintoul, and Glencadam. For those who want to explore the varied and rich world of Scotch whisky more, we also stock blended Scotch whisky, grain Scotch whisky, and indie bottlings, so you can try something new, or find the perfect gift for a lover of Scotch whisky.

I have only tasted this whisky twice, but i can already say it’s one of the best i have had. I have drunk in the past Glenlivet, Glenfiddich, Bunnahaibhain all 12 year olds. Balvenie, and Glenmorangie the original 10 year. Up to now my favourite has been the Bunna for a little saltiness, and maybe Balvenie Doublewood, or Glenmorangie as a ocassional sipper. I am no expert by any means, however i ordered this as a treat and am very glad i did so. The price point for me compared to what i normally spend was a little more than normal, but i believe it to be good value. It has a lot of depth, with just a sprinkling of water i then leave it for about 15 minutes. It’s a delicious scotch, and one that probably tastes better than much more expensive bottles. One thing i love is even after an hour or two of drinking, i get an additional “hit” of sweetness, almost like an aromatic flashback! It really is delicious, it will take me some time to fully experience the flavour components, and as said i usually have it more of as a treat than an every day thing. I have no hesitation though in saying i would buy this again, it’s fruity, sweet, complex and not just sweetness, a good ABV too. I would recommend this to people who perhaps like a sherried malt, and want to try something slightly different, that represents good value.
It is lovely whisky, this was a present for a friend. I have had this brand before – so I can recommend it’s quality.
As smooth as it’s always been.
a very nice lift up from the Lasanta,
