Matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 50% ABV, it delivers a rich palate of buttery shortbread, baked apple, and gentle peat smoke. A long, warming finish rounds out the experience. This expression was awarded GOLD at both the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and the International Spirits Challenge 2025.
