Arette

Arette is a brand of tequila from the El Llano Distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It was founded in 1986 by Eduardo and Jaime Orendain, and takes its name from a horse that won two gold medals at the 1948 Summer Olympics. 

Eduardo and Jaime are the fifth generation of the Orendain family to produce tequila and they still stick to traditional methods. Their spirit is made using 100% blue Weber agave, grown on their estate, and the distillery uses spring water from a nearby volcano. 

They produce Blanco, Reposado and Añejo expressions. These are also available as part of Arette’s Suave range, which takes a lighter, more refined approach to tequila.
