It is named after the year Kentucky became a state and pays homage to the rich bourbon-making traditions of the region. This small batch bourbon is made from a blend of carefully selected corn, rye, and malted barley grains, which are meticulously distilled and aged in new, charred oak barrels. The aging process takes place in the rickhouses of Barton 1792 Distillery, where the barrels are exposed to the natural elements of the Kentucky climate, allowing the bourbon to develop its distinct flavour profile.
